Ordering On-Line
It's easy to place an on-line order with us 24/7. Simply choose the items you wish purchase by selecting the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Many items have options that need to be selected before you can add the product to the shopping cart. Notice that when selecting options, the price changes automatically.
After clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, you have the option to "Proceed to Checkout", "Continue Shopping" or "View or Edit your Cart".
Please note that after entering your credit card information, we obtain pre authorization for the amount of the sale. Your credit card is not actually charged at that time. However funds in the amount of the sale are deducted from your available credit card line. Upon shipment of your order, the pre authorized amount of the sale is then completed and charged against your credit card account.

You can place your order by phone with one of our professional and knowledgeable sales reps during our normal business hours Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM and Saturday 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. They will answers questions you may have about any of the product we carry both in-store and on-line, including compatability with your vehicle, manufacturers specifications and warranties and setting installation appoinments at either of our retail locations in the Western New York region.
Payment Methods
We accept Credit/Debit MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards. We are sorry, but we do not accept personal checks. If paying for your order at one of our retail locations, we gladly accept cash or any of the major credit cards listed above.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We strive to ship your order complete within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Some items may not always be in stock at our Buffalo warehouse and may need to be shipped from other distribution points. Please allow ample time as your order may arrive in several shipments. We will notify you as to the estimated delivery date of your items. You may also track your shipment by logging into your account and clicking on Order Status.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most Products carry a Manufacturers 1 Year Parts and Labor Guarantee against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise. If the product you purchase through our retail stores or here on-line is installed in your vehicle at any of our Custom Radio retail locations the Installation Workmanship has a Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you are the original owner of that vehicle.
