Had a remote started put in 2 years ago. Somehow it got out of sync and would not work. The guys gave me a quick appointment. I was greeted very professionally and told to relax. The tech was back in 4 minutes !! Not only did they not charge me, but gave me a new "spare" remote because the original one was no good. Whatever minor charges they incurred was MORE than made up by the goodwill they absorbed. Not only have I posted the positive online but have told numerous friends and my customers about the great work Custom does. thanks very much
